This workshop focuses on key factors to take into consideration when developing your business concept and step-by-step guidance in researching your idea, your market, and your competition. Even if you think you have a fantastic business idea, it is still good to do thorough research to make sure your business idea is sustainable. At the end of this workshop, you will be able to identify your target markets, describe your products and services, and collect key competitive information to support your feasibility plan.

Wesley Perry has experience in sales and marketing through selling software to real estate agents and investors largely designed to help generate leads and acquire more inbound traffic to their business. Wesley works with clients to talk about different inbound and outbound marketing tactics as well as ways to attract customers through digital marketing. He generally helps people go over social media marketing, websites, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Google My Business, paid ads and more.

Wesley also has a lot of experience working with online tools such as CRMs used to manage and communicate with customers. He's built several websites over the years so he is familiar with several website builders and domain registrars to help business owners make informed decisions about creating an online presence.
