Garden Talk: Planting the Rainbow

4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Himmel Park Library

Description

We all know that “eating the rainbow” is a great way to plan for a healthy meal. But can you “grow the rainbow” in our desert climate?

Join us to learn what the colors in our fruits and vegetables mean and how you can plan and plant your garden to harvest every color of the rainbow throughout the year. This is a fun class that is designed to get you thinking in new ways about what to plant and when.
