A mindful life encompasses physical, mental, emotional, and social aspects of our day-to-day-living.
The objective of mindful living is to develop a non-judgmental present moment awareness. Being present in the here-and-now is a learnable skill that enhances our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Each week, a talk on an aspect of mindfulness will be shared, followed by a silent meditation practice, and end with questions and comments from participants.
Led by community volunteers
