Almost every home can conserve more energy! TEP's Home Energy Workshop explains low-cost ways to conserve more energy, be even more efficient, and be energy conscious. All workshop participants will receive a free Energy Efficiency Kit worth more than $40 that includes several energy saving devices. Like all library programs, this program is free.
