Do you eat bugs? Think again! Learn how some of our native plants have been used as traditional food sources and be surprised by some of their other uses!

Pima County Environmental Education Coordinator, Melissa Mundt, will share stories, fun facts, and recipes for foods wild-harvested and cultivated in our area. Mesquite, prickly pear, chiltepins, and tepary beans are on the menu!
