Description

This gentle chair yoga class is suitable for all levels and especially friendly for seniors and anyone with limited mobility.

Using slow movement, simple stretches, and guided awareness, we’ll release tension in the shoulders, neck, and upper back.

The class weaves together yoga, Qigong, and acupressure techniques from Chinese medicine to calm the nervous system and support overall balance.

No prior yoga experience is needed. All movements are optional and adaptable.
