Johnson & Ridley step through the art of mentoring by outlining what you should be doing as a mentor, providing many examples from which to learn, and touching on many different aspects of the mentoring process. For anyone who has not mentored, this is a great starting point. It highlights aspects of what the mentor should be doing, and what mentees seek from the relationship.
