I read this years ago & found it funny - Nelson has a cynical, often sarcastic sense of humor & he used it the his fullest here. Now, after many years I've reread this as an audiobook & realize just how sarcastic he can be & off generalionaly. I found the narrator good for about 20 minutes, then I needed a break because I felt he tried too hard to impart his take on the story rather than just deliver it. He because caustic & sing-song.
