Great book to use an an introduction to the human body. The text is sparse, but packed with information. The first chapter about cells and DNA may seem difficult, but it's worth spending time with it. The following chapters seem easier. Best suited for later elementary/middle-school and up, though younger students might also enjoy the illustrations.
