Aaah - the stars! Some of the production techniques are a little dated (and some of the clothing, bell-bottoms worn everywhere in Scotland? in 2006?), but this was lovely. It's shown a different (and very appealing now that I know more about it) way of exploring the UK, and giving me ideas for things I'd like to see and places to visit. I was disappointed with the last half of the show; the trip through Scotland seemed like a lot of (older) clips and stock images pasted together and didn't have the personal feel of the trip through England and Wales, but was still worth the watch.
