This book starts with an extended scene of explicitly described torture. I stopped listening after about three horrifying minutes and deleted the book from my mp3 player.

Here is a side of Krueger I hadn't seen before. Very good effort. 8 of 10 for me.

If you like the way Vince Flynn used to write before he ran out of ideas, then you should enjoy Devil's bed. It picks up where Flynn should have headed. It's well written and features a hero and nemesis, the government and a good plot. 8 of 10 stars.
