It was a good stroy, seeing it from someone else's point of view and I couldn't put the book down.

It's hard to judge a book written by a young author. On one hand, you want to be thrilled and say, hey this isn't bad and there's a tendancy to say "for their age." I decided to rate this by putting the age of the author aside. It was a good plot, the inner dialogue and actions of the main character was realistic. I don't know if it was the editing of the book that was rough, or if it was the material provided by the author that created that limiting impression. Either way, it makes for a bit of a choppy read in places. The ending is abrupt and you're left scratching your head. It will be nice to see how this author's writing matures as she moves through her career.

I really liked this story. It was thought-provoking and engaging up until the very end. I thought the ending was pretty abrupt. It wasn't bad, though, so it's still worth the read.
