Enjoyable book written in a staccato style with short chapters that fit a newspaper style. Be prepared for tragic elements that heighten the drama as it unfolds.

Having lived in Rhode Island during the Buddy Cianci era, this book is an amazing reconstruction of the time. Novel or not, it is definitely based on accurate events of the 1990's.

I remember when our manager came into our department and told us about the Feds going into City Hall.

It was good to get some deeper insights into just what was going on behind those closed doors. For once the mob got its due!

Better then average novel about a newspaper reporter's attempt to solve a string of arsons. Humorous and witty

This is a fast-paced crime novel, with a street-smart hero is hard to put down until you reach the end.
