This book is pretty radical for me. A lot of recipes require a dehydrator. Here is a sample ingredient list
Tomato Pizza crust
1/2 c flax meal
1.5 c seeded and chopped fresh tomato
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 c filtered water
1 c whole flaxseed

Oregano Pizza Crust
1.5 c chopped celery
1.5 c flax meal
3 tbsp dried oregano
1.5 c filtered water

I found one recipe which refers to another recipe which referred to another recipe. So you need to search around the book to prepare the dish.

Heirloom tomato salsa
1 c seeded and diced heirloom tomato
1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp + chpped jalapeno
1/4 tsp salt

Recipes for crepes, nut milks, pho, and much more. This book is pretty comprehensive for the dedicated to the concept of raw (not me).

One of the hottest food books this year! Recently ate at a raw food restuarant and became hooked on this style of food preparation. Notice the word cooking does not appear. Recipes are chopped, diced or blended but all food is presented in natural state not cooked.

Well worth a try.
