What related the huge and overnight development of the Tea Party - and left out by Rand - is their huge start-up contributions by the Koch brothers, even before Obama took office as POTUS.

Hmmm... just like their daddy who financed the creation of The John Birch Society.

Interesting in how Rand Paul's positions have softened so much with the so early onset of the 2016 Presidential nominations and elections. Moderation won't get you nominated with the GOP's Wing-nut base... and extremist far right fundamentalist positions won't get you elected in the general election!

Exactly why Romney 3.0 decided to drop out.
