A great read for any music fan. Nile is such a musical genius and his contributions are sometimes overlooked. It was great to read about all the great albums and artists he has worked and interacted with.

Good insight into a music genius. My only complaint is the brief treatment given to his later career. Since this books publication he has ridden another high wave with Daft Punk.
His story is truly about the redemptive and healing power of music.

Once you read this autobiography, you will fully realize what an influence Niles Rodgers has had in popular music and culture. He has guided MANY artists though the system, yet still remains a humble, down to earth man. Pick this up today if you are interested in the music business.

Talk about not knowing how good you have it in terms of your family drug dealing but fo real tho and Nile is pretty narcissistic but he aint exactly George Clooney.

Really good music bio. Nile spills the beans on his tough upbringing, the artists he has worked with and his stuggles with addiction over the decades. Amazing life sotry and well worth a read.
