My carnivores were less than enthused with the recipes I tried. The formatting didn't thrill me; overly complicated.

The formatting is less-than-ideal, but you must try the Sicilian roasted cauliflower pasta dish. It is now on my "favourite dinners" rotation!

This is my favorite cookbook!! The only problem is that many of the recipes are very time-consuming. I save recipes from this book for the weekends when I have some time to cook.

The format of the recipes is so annoying as to prevent me from trying them. Several span 4 pages, and often the ingredients list is split across 2 pages (one column, with directions to the side).
