Invasion of the Dinosaurs (1974) is the 71st Doctor Who story produced and stars Jon Pertwee as the Doctor and Elizabeth Sladen as Sarah Jane Smith. The story is decent enough though I wouldn't necessarily stick it up there with the all-time greats, but still decent. The main thing that has the potential to detract from the story is the dinosaurs themselves. Most of them aren't too bad. The first time we see the pterodactyl, it looks decent. The t-rex is the worst. There is a dino battle in episode 6 that isn't as bad as it could when fast forwarded at 1.5x speed. All in all, it's an okay Doctor Who. And, on plus side, it may appeal to aficionados of old-style dinosaur models.
