This is a good book if you have decided to do a marathon or half and want to complete another race shortly after. Detailed plans about how and how soon to run a half after a full, for example.

A very basic understanding on the needs to complete a Marathon or Half-Marathon. I feel that it needs more information to help me with my questions when I was training. Like what to specially eat - before, during and after.Elaborate on injuries. How to log your training. Need more different training schedules.
