Much like her Biggest Loser partner Jillian has made a DVD for just about every effort they have used on the show to keep their clients motivated and explore fitness options.

This unlikely yogini has produced two not bad routines.

Her intimidation about her flexibility and towards the essoteric nature of yoga are obvious but if you just want a yoga style effort these aren't all that bad.

Compared to the dismal quality of yoga DVD's out there this one isn't all that bad but...
It is what it is.

A good DVD that provides more of an isometric workout. Doesn't get the heart rate up into the aerobic zone but it is a great DVD to change up the workouts once in awhile.

This workout was so intense, definitely recommended to anyone who is looking for a great workout.
