Finally! A well done recipe book that covers multiple allergies. This cookbook doesn't just tell you to roast vegetables in different way to make a meal or treat, like you find in many multiple allergy cookbooks. This cookbook gives great new ideas that are not too complex to follow and are tasty too.

More great gluten free ideas, w/the added benefits of being soy free as well. I always like being inspired to add more variety to my own gluten free life & this is one of those books that does that for me.
