i like his style of writing . there was not enough action or suspense to grab my attention . i also did not like the flashbacks to the crime and the present

I certainly enjoyed the character of Alex McKnight. It's odd that the author has him drinking Molson Canadian beer. I look forward to reading some of his other books.

Ah, the good old days when we ignored each other with books instead of smartphones.

I really like the Alex McKnight character. This is another great book of his adventures and sad return to his prior life in Detroit.
I agree very much with 'Duchess4'

The Houdini-esqe escape is way over the top.

A really good read. The Alex McNight series works well. The Lock Artist was a bit of a disappointment.

Good one. I think this is the best of the Alex McKnight series.
