Entertaining and fast-paced. The plot seems to have been put together from very different pieces and made to fit almost forcefully. However, overall, it's an okay book

Reads like a Jams Brown novel.

Black Order is the third entry in Rollins Sigma Force series and is fast-paced if farfetched. Rollins begins the story in the last days World War II with a baby being saved from drowning. Rollins also refers to an experimental program performed by Nazi scientists about which nothing is known as all the scientists were shot and the equipment removed. How this relates to action in the present is fascinating.

The Sigma Force series features non-stop action, good guys who are conflicted, and truly evil bad guys. They are fun reads and Black Order is entertaining on that level.

My favorite Sigma book of his. It was very well written and it was the book that introduced me to the thriller genre. It still stands as one of my favorite books.
