Bick is an amazing writer. She certainly doesn't dumb down her subject matter just because she writes YA. This one got even a bit too complicated even for me and I hope things become a bit more clear in The Dickens Mirror. Otherwise this is a genuinely creepy as all get out story but some of the momentum gets lost in the many attempts to figure out just what's going on!

NO STORYLINE! It was confusing, Bloody and gross, There was none- Nada storyline, I finished the book to see if anything interesting would happen, Nope! It was dull, Bloody and boring, It seems as if the author added the gore to make it more interesting, But no, It was a bad book, I don't recommend this.
It was a very bad book
