I enjoyed the book, the information, and the humor. I thought the advice was pragmatic, if somewhat general. I enjoyed the medical explanations and looked a lot of them up to read more. Ignore the section about alligator mom's. They made the Animal Planet top-ten list of best mom's. I wasn't sure why that was in the book. Just skip it.

It's a good read and I recommend it if you have an interest in the subject of aging.
