The story is both heartbreaking and a very important one to tell and get into as many hands as possible. My only real complaint is that the locations for the assembly center and relocation camp are made up ones, with so many real ones to choose from I am not sure why the author chose to go with fictional ones. The author has a note at the end that explains his connection to the story and the characters he's fictionalized, but makes no mention of the fact that the locations are not exact, I hope in future reprints this is at least added as a note.

This graphic novel does an good job at shedding some light in a very dark period in US history.
