Plot holes an illogical devices aside, an interesting battle/love/sci-fi story. As a source material for the movie of "Edge of Tomorrow" it's very different and really the movie is much better but if you liked it then this is a fun read.

I think the movie was way better than this book, although the writing is good.

The book is out standing. the premise is the hero is stuck in a time loop and must push back the mimics, and this comes at a hefty cost to him. i recommend this over the crappy Tom Cruise movie whole heartedly
