This series ends so horribly but at the same time I was satisfied enough to not give it just one star. I loved the first two books, and I was hoping the three would give me a fully resolved and concrete ending, but it really didn't. I felt like there were so many questions brought up by the main characters, but all of them are left unanswered or answered with the bare minimum answer which the main characters seem to accept.
I loved the first two books, I loved the characters the plot line, everything. But this book just felt like the author was having trouble letting her character go, so she just destroyed (metaphorically) them.
I am highly disappointed in this last book, but if you are already this far I understand the feeling of needing to know what happened. I just wouldn't hold my breath on getting the much needed answers this author put you up to asking.

A very interesting ending. A much darker story than most young adult books. Overall, very intriguing and original.

A good conclusion to the series, but found myself skimming some of the middle parts. It does drag because of Mara's obsession with finding Noah. It becomes overbearing to the rest of the story at times. The ending was decently clear, though I'm not sure of how much of it is credible. I think it took too long for us to get there, which dampened the impact of the ending. The other two books in the series were phenomenal, which is why I cannot give this as high of a rating as the others.

a great ending to the trilogy, answered all the questions and had lots of twists and a great plot

I was really underwhelmed with this final book. I miss the good old days of craziness and mystery and tension in the first book and parts of the second book. This one leans too heavily on the conspiracy aspect, and the ending was unconvincing, confusing, and generally unsatisfying. I LOVED this series in the beginning, and I'd rather just ignore where the author took it from there.
