I most enjoyed the introduction and epilogue, and then half of each of the three chapters: the half about the author herself I thought indulgent, chatty, and useless, and the half about the books themselves was really interesting: on Twain, refreshing and new (different from my own reading of it), and on the other two, Lewis and McCullers, interesting and encouraging enough to want me to read these authors whom I haven't read. The narration by Marno is excellent.
