This book was as action packed as the first one, but less emotional. I loved how spiritual this book was and how much faith each bear had in their own beliefs. I also loved how quick the bears were to trust other bears and be loyal to them and love them right away. I wish all humans were like the characters in this story. I think Kallik is my favourite character because she was so brave travelling without a companion and I also loved her determination to find her brother, Taqqiq and, once she found him, her determination to change him from his bullying and thieving ways. Loved this book.

Hated it. Absolutely hated it. So boring if you don't like long and dull adventures. It just goes on and on and on and on and on about the bears WALKING. I mean who wants to read about bears walking? Not me.
