If you're looking for a solution to your baby's inability to sleep well or needing advice on what type of schedule your baby's sleep regimen should follow, this is an excellent book to check out! A co-worker advised me to look for this book if we ever had trouble with our little one's sleep habits and I am very thankful he did! This book gave us great council in working on a routine that would keep our child napping longer and sleeping throughout the night. I recommend this book to any parent looking to establish restful, consistent sleep for their little one!

This worked even though I didn't think "cry it out" would work for her (or us!). gives LOTS of non-judgemental suggestions... doesn't make you feel like a bad parent for wanting sleep!!

A somewhat new spin on the old 'cry it out' approach.
