So as much as I was "meh" about the first book, the die-hard finisher in me went ahead with the second book. I have to say that this one improved a notch (from 3 to 3.5 stars.) When it comes to this book, I think listening to the audio ruins some of the experience for me. I listened alternately with reading the paperback and in those times of listening are when I would roll my eyes at some of the voice inflections. The voice inflections shaped how I viewed the characters and dialogue in those moments. Regardless, I enjoyed the last 30% of the book more than I had any of the series, so far. It was that last 30% that makes me want to continue with the third book, even though I can speculate where much of the main story line (as well as a peripheral story line) is going.

Second book in the Driven trilogy, this continues Rylee's and Colton's tumultuous relationship. Deeply hidden secrets start to surface and strongly influence how these two relate to each other. I can't put it down. I can't wait to read Crashed. I hope Nypl buys the book.
