Excellent book on the benefits of Transcendental Meditation. It's strikingly similar to raja yoga and a brilliant book by Sonya Richmond: "HOW TO BE HEALTHY WITH YOGA." Several questions arose and wouldn't go away: (1) Does one need a soul to reach Absolute Being...Cosmic Mind? (2) Why are some TM techniques secret? (3) Is there a difference between Cosmic Mind and Spirit? According to the author(s), Absolute Being...Cosmic Mind is the source of everything. If this is the case, It can't be Spirit, It gives Spirit. It's confusing. Sort of like plugging in your computer, you give it life, you are not the life. (4) How does TM affect or what effect does it have on those who can not advance beyond the 6th chakra?
