The Devils Engine series is FANTASTIC! They are so fast paced and filled with so much action and dialogue. The author doesn't spent time babbling on about the scenery and irrelevant information. This book is dark and twisted and yet I couldn't put it down. Smith does a great job of making the reader feel all the emotions that the characters go through. I love how it has so many different twists and that makes it impossible to predict!
