I am not an early morning person and I procrastinate getting out of bed until the last minute, which leaves little time for a healthy and filling breakfast. I gravitate towards green smoothies as I can eat on the go, make sure I get my servings of fruits and veggies, but also I know I won't be hungry by 10AM. This book has great, simple recipes to keep your smoothies fun and healthy. It gives pointers on what you can add/what type of flavour it may give to your smoothie. and great tips on how to boost flavour, protein, and more. I loved the creativity used in these recipes and the pictures were beautiful too!
