Cameron really did a great job in the third book. Less confusing PoV stuff, more character development, great descriptions of setting and characters and he mixes it up with the fighting and evolves the magic more. The first book made me want to pick up the second. The second book ensured that I would pick up the third. The third book made me very grumpy that the fourth book has not been processed by the library yet so I have to go read something else dang it!!
