Well made but unfortunately it reflects real life police investigation.

This film is an excellent artistic commentary on a variety of subjects that influence trials, lives, investigations, justice, common perception, and pregiduce. As a film it is a great story, well written, excellent acting, editing and cinematography. It is based on a true story.

It studies various perspectives that seriously affect justice, it could very well be done in any country, especially the USA. The severe role media interpretation has on public opinion, which affects the jury, police and judicial system.

The corruption and lack of available training, consistency and accountability in the scientific legal and police systems. The competitive and political environment in any "system", (business , promotions, titles, pay scale) which has serious repercussions especially when justice is involved. The ego driven higher level jobs that are given to people with the desire to "be right", and win, and solve cases based on finding facts to proove their theories, rather than a desire to objectively find all the facts first, then discover the truth based on facts.

The class system which causes prediguce against the "richer" and the sensationalism and drama driven media which caters to the " poor" uneducated masses, and can edit and dialouge to influence public opinion, and interfere with true justice.

This is an excellent film on many levels. A young girl is murdered at night, in her room, while her parents are home, as is their long time live-in male servant. The night is shown a few different ways, based on the many theories of what happened that night in the real case.

Well worth watching.
