SO excited to read this! I've been following these ladies from their Food Heaven Made Easy website and podcast. The sumptuous photos highlight recipes for dishes with ingredients I would normally shy away from.

I liked this book so much I'm purchasing a copy. Very helpful variety of plant based recipes. Appreciate their other educational pieces in the intro. Though I normally don't like excessive photos there was a photo of each dish which was helpful and enticing to me. Kudos to these two young women authors!
