I loved this book! It is set up with an introduction, a chapter on each chakra, and then a conclusion. Before I read this book, I got reiki done and found out where I was most out of balance. Then I read about those chakras first before moving onto the rest which is what I really appreciated about this book; I could read the information most pertinent to me first instead of having to read the book front to back!

This is one of the better books out there on the Chakra system and how it relates to psychology. If you are an energy practitioner you will definately appreciate this book. It's also very easy to read and understand.
