I've read this book twice and while I enjoyed it the first time, reading it again reminded me of all the "stand-out" qualities of this story, as well as Penny Reid's writing prowess. She has been an amazing author from the start and she has only become an even stronger writer. All of the reasons that I continue to enjoy her books are clearly evident in her first three novels. That's a rarity in the indie publishing world.

I must disagree with the other readers' comments. I thoroughly enjoyed this novel. Sandra is quirky, aching to help others and has yet to gain any positive, personal relationship with any of her first dates.
Alex, has many odd habits that seem so over the top until the reason comes to light. Must say that a few of the scenarios, towards the end of the novel are some of my favourite chuckle lines.
Penny Reid handles each of her Knitting novels as precious individuals, hurrah for that.
