Only made it to day 4 on Level 1 before I blew my knee out. There is a lot of jumping up and down movements), so if you are heavy and just starting out, I wouldn't suggest this workout for you - try a different beginners vid then move onto this. If you have zero upper body strength as well, you will find this hard to do. But she does say stress on the body makes it change. It is a good workout, that I will be returning to after my knee is in good health and I have completed FitnessBlenders beginners workouts.
