Need to take this with a grain of salt (or drink a teaspoon in water as the author suggests). But seriously---coffee enemas, gargling and dry skin rubs for depression! I agree sleep, exercise, diet, meditation are so helpful, and that we're over medicated. The suggested diet is another fad, and could be harmful for certain health conditions (e.g. kidney stones). And some folks with serious depression can be at high risk without meds, not so clear cut as she makes out. Off putting that her website is selling her 'recommended' products.
